The Guymon Daily Herald and Quest have published the advertisement for the Mesa Water Project – Phase II Mesa Water Project. To date, notifications have been sent to more than 30 construction and drilling companies.

To ensure full compliance with the Oklahoma Competitive Bidding Act and to maintain a fair, transparent, and consistent process for all prospective bidders, all project-related questions must be submitted through Quest. Responses will be issued via formal addenda so that every bidder receives the same information simultaneously.

If questions are received directly by staff, we will request that they also be submitted through Quest to ensure proper documentation and distribution.
