GUYMON- The City of Guymon continues to be in Stage 3 Water Conservation Regulations as we work to conserve water. Watering restrictions are still in effect and will remain in effect until further notice. The following watering restrictions are:
Outdoor lawn irrigation will be restricted to one day per week. Odd numbered addresses may irrigate on Saturday, even addresses may irrigate on Sunday. Watering time will be after 7:00 p.m. and before 11:00 a.m. (each day).
Customers may hand water gardens and ornamentals at any time (not to include grass/turf).
Waste of water as defined by the Guymon Code of Ordinances including non-compliance with emergency restrictions, will be strictly enforced.
After today, July 29, 2026, fines will be issued to anyone who is watering on non-watering days and/or times. Fines will follow the Guymon Code of Ordinances.
Since the initiation of the Water Emergency and Stage 3 Water Restrictions, the community has shown great commitment to conserving water to meet water demand and conserve water for any emergency that could arise, such as fires. We understand the community’s concerns and appreciate everybody’s participation in following the water regulations to ensure Guymon’s residents have water for everyday essential use.
