The City of Guymon is officially declared into Stage 3 Water Emergency and implementing Emergency Water Conservation Measures, as well as issuing an Emergency Proclamation. The Emergency Proclamation is in accordance with the 2024 Water Conservation Plan and is effective immediately.

A public hearing will be held tomorrow, July 23, 2026, at 3:00 PM at City Hall Council Chambers to educate the public on the current water stage and conservation matters. The public hearing is open for anyone to attend, and will be livestreamed, as well.
