Water Usage Update 💧
Yesterday's water demand reached 83.4%. With hotter temperatures driving increased water use across the community, demand can rise quickly.
Outdoor watering restrictions are in effect. Odd/even watering schedules apply. Watering time is after 7:00 PM and before 11:00 AM.
We appreciate everyone doing their part to use water wisely and help manage peak demand during the summer months.

The caboose will be open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. following the dedication.

The Griffin Sisters' Greatest Hits by Jennifer Weiner
Available for checkout at the library and in audiobook through Libby!
Cassie and Zoe Grossberg were once as dependent on each other as sisters could be, but it’s been two decades since they’ve spoken. As a pop sensation in their early twenties, the sisters experienced the ultimate highs of celebrity, until they were driven apart one terrible night. Now, in their early forties, Zoe is a suburban mom in New Jersey, and Cassie is living alone, off-grid in Alaska. In this story of estranged sisters, Zoe’s teenage daughter Cherry is desperate to bring the women back together—and unearth the truth behind their estrangement. As long-buried secrets surface, Cassie and Zoe are forced to confront their past choices and betrayals and decide whether they can be open to forgiveness and reclaiming the strength of their sisterhood.

RAILROAD CROSSING UPDATE⚠️⚠️:
12th Street at the Railroad tracks going in both directions will be closed at a minimum until 5:00 PM Friday June 12, 2026, due to repairs caused by a vehicle crash into the crossing arms that occurred yesterday.
The entire crossing arm assembly is having to be replaced. ODOT has placed barricades at Hwy 54 west bound on 12th and barricades at 12th & East which will remain in place. UP has also placed large concrete barriers on each side of the tracks on 12th street to further protect vehicles from crossing tracks.
This is considered a dangerous uncontrolled crossing during the repairs. Regular train traffic will continue.
