Licenses


In order to properly regulate certain industries and to keep communities safe, the State of Oklahoma requires municipalities to issue permits and licenses. Licenses and permits for businesses in the City of Guymon can be obtained through the utility billing office during regular business hours. Maximum charge per company is $125.00.

Licenses are valid from January 1 to December 31 annually.

To expedite the process, please bring your current Oklahoma license (issued by Construction Industries Board), proof of liability insurance and workers compensation.
