Board Structure
The Parks Board consists of five members appointed by the City Council to three-year terms. Board members must be citizens and residents of Guymon, OK, and come from differing interest groups including homeowners, tree professionals, street department and other City Government personnel. Vacancies shall be filled by the City Council by appointment. Governed by Ordinance #680, Section 2.
