Wildlife In Guymon's Backyard

A Little Bit About Guymon's Game Reserve

The Game Reserve consist of 160 acres of land protecting the animals within but also the deer and various wild life that find their way in the enclosure.

The Game Reserve includes Buffalo, Longhorn, Watusi Mix, Elk, and Oryx.

The wild life preserve now has a new sign, sharing a bit of information about many of the animals that reside there, including the deer who jump the fence to hang out with the other creatures living there. Its a safe place for them to retreat and there's little to eat and drink while they are visiting. City of Guymon employees drive in regularly to make sure the animals are fed and cared for. The animals also enjoy a pond in the middle of the preserve, ensuring the water supply for them.
