Must be 18 years of age or older on the date of the election;
Must be a citizen of the United States;
Must not have been determined mentally incompetent by a final judgment of a court;
Must be a resident of the City of Guymon on the day of the election;
Must be a properly-registered voter on the day of the election; and,
Must not have been finally convicted of a felony or, if so convicted, must have been: fully discharged his sentence, including any term of incarceration, parole, or supervision, or completed a period of probation ordered by any court; or, pardoned or otherwise released from the resulting disability to vote.
Must be 18 years of age or older on the first date of the term to be filled at the election;
Must be a citizen of the United States;
Must not have been determined mentally incompetent by a final judgment of a court;
Must not have been finally convicted of a felony from which the persons has not been pardoned or otherwise released from the resulting disabilities; and,
Must have resided continuously in the state for 12 months and in the City of Guymon for six months immediately preceding the deadline for filing an application for a place on the ballot (for a write-in candidate, preceding the date of the election).
